Basic raw materials like castings, forgings, proprietary items etc are procured from reputed vendors.

Total manufacturing of our products is undertaken at our three factories located at Bhadreswar near Kolkata, Faridabad near New Delhi and Okhla in New Delhi.

Manufacturing operations include precision manufacturing of critical components like turbine rotor, blades, casings, valves etc, sub-assembly and its control testing, assembling of the final product followed by testing and strip down inspection.

Both the Bhadreshwar and Faridabad factories are well equipped with testing equipments for dynamic balancing of rotors, testing of governors, hydraulic testing, vibration measurement and no load test while the Okhla facility is equipped with CNC machine centers for machining of critical components.
