Basic raw materials like castings, forgings, proprietary items etc are procured from reputed vendors.

Total manufacturing of our products is undertaken at our two factories located at Bhadreswar near Kolkata and Faridabad near New Delhi.

Manufacturing operations include precision manufacturing of critical components like turbine rotor, blades, casings, valves etc, sub-assembly and its control testing, assembling of the final product followed by testing and strip down inspection.

Both the factories are well equipped with testing equipments for dynamic balancing of rotors, testing of governors, hydraulic testing, vibration measurement and no load test.
