The Carbon glands rings manufactured by AP Engineering Services are highly-specialized products developed for turbines. So far, glands have been supplied for shaft diameters up to 300 mm. Carbon Labyrinth glands are similar in function to metal labyrinths, but because much smaller radial clearances can be used, higher pressures, through a shorter axial length can be sealed effectively. They are used as main shaft seals in gas turbines, auxiliary steam turbines, rotary compressors and blowers.
We are supplying Carbon rings for Belliss Turbine of Model DOH17, SS17, SS4A, SS6A, SS8A, SS26, SS28, MS26, BD2, BD3 turbines.
We have also developed replacement of Carbon Rings used By Triveni Turbines Limited in 24ZS2, GA, GAA, GAF of Terry Models and 290 mm and 22.9” Peter Brother hood models.
We have also; developed replacement of Carbon Rings used By Kessels Engineering Works in ET15, ET-20, ET-25, and ET-30.
We have also; developed replacement of Carbon Rings used by Chola Turbo Machinery in PS10, PS20, PS902 and PS902C
We have also developed and supplied replacement for Carbon rings for Escher Wyss, Dress Rand, Shin Nippon, BHEL, ABB, KKK and other turbines.
We have also supply carbon bush, Carbon bearings, Graphite bush etc used for Control valve gland sealing, Emergency valve shaft sealing etc of various sizes, which can be used as replacement for control valve / Throttle valve, Emergency valve shaft sealing in Triveni Turbines, BHEL, Siemens, Skoda and other turbines.
